A chilled polish style sour cream sauce with thinly sliced cucumbers.
Rinse and dry your cucumbers.
Peel and slice cucumbers thinly.
Place in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt.
Set it aside in the fridge and let stand for at least 10-15 minutes.
Press and drain excess water from cucumbers and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl combine sour cream, vinegar and remaining dry ingredients.
Toss with cucumbers.
Cover and let chill in the fridge.
Refrigerate leftovers immediately in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
